What Konsera is

Konsera is a personal organiser that helps doctors keep track of consult referrals, quick questions and handover. It is a preview, offered free, by Aynora.

What Konsera is not

Konsera is not a medical device and not a clinical record. It does not diagnose, treat or recommend anything, and it does not replace your hospital's systems, notes or handover processes. Clinical decisions remain yours and your team's.

Patient details

Konsera only accepts initials (up to 4 letters) and an MRN for each patient. Never enter full names or other identifying details. During the preview, use made-up patients unless your hospital has approved its use. Always follow your health service's policies on clinical information and personal devices.

Where your data lives

Everything you enter is stored only on your device. There are no accounts, and the app contains no advertising, tracking or analytics.

Syncing your devices

When you sync, your data is encrypted on your device before it leaves, using a key that travels only inside the QR code or code you type. The encrypted data passes through a relay on Cloudflare, is collected by your other device, and is deleted straight away or within 10 minutes at most. Neither Aynora nor Cloudflare can read it.

Backups

Backup files are encrypted with a passphrase you choose. Without that passphrase the file cannot be opened, by you or anyone else, and it cannot be recovered.

The PIN lock

The PIN hides the app from people around you. It does not encrypt the data stored on your device, so keep your device itself locked.

The website

The konsera.pages.dev website may count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not track you across sites. The app itself sends nothing.

No warranty

Konsera is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Aynora is not liable for any loss arising from its use. Keep your own records in your hospital's systems.
