Initials and MRN only

Konsera won't accept full names. Patients are recorded by initials (up to 4 letters) and MRN.

Stored on your device

No accounts and no cloud database. The app has no ads, tracking or analytics.

Encrypted when it moves

Syncing and backups are encrypted on your device first. The key never leaves your hands.

A PIN when you step away

Lock Konsera with a 4-digit PIN. It locks itself after a few minutes unused.

Questions

Is Konsera free?

Yes. The preview is free, with an optional pay-what-you-want contribution.

Where is my data kept?

Only on your device. Syncing between your own devices passes encrypted data through a short-lived relay that deletes it within 10 minutes and can't read it.

Can I use it with real patients?

Konsera only ever accepts initials and MRNs. During the preview, please use made-up patients unless your health service has approved it, and always follow local policy on clinical information.

Does it replace our handover or the medical record?

No. Konsera is a personal organiser. Document in your hospital's systems as usual.

Can my whole team share one list?

Not yet. For now each person syncs their own devices. Shared team lists are on the roadmap.

Which specialties does it suit?

Any consult service. Start from Generic or one of the specialty templates, then rename stages and set your own urgency limits.
